A post graduate to the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology new Delhi, Baruna has been a textile and apparel entrepreneur since her school days. In 1996, while still finishing her studies, she started her first company reviving and reinventing age old Cashmere textiles for the modern contemporary woman.
Since 2011, she has been at the helm of Identity’s design based approach, carving a niche for the company as a sourcing agency with European design sensibilities

A strong professional with Masters in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising from the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology new Delhi, Vivek has had a long career heading apparel businesses for International brands globally. he has strategically helped manufacturing and sourcing companies to streamline their business and move forward in a sustainable way.
He has successfully transitioned IDENTITY Group from a single country sourcing agency to one operating out of multiple countries today.
